Dear friends,

We are still over the moon about the grammy award. We are so full of joy that we feel like sharing our experience with you.

This is what happened:

It is a big honour for me to have received the Prize "José Tomás" Villa de Petrer.

Es un gran honor para mí haber recibido el Premio "José Tomás" Villa de Petrer.

After playing the 500th concert for the guitar society, David was named honorary member of "Amigos de la Guitarra" de Valencia, Spain.

On the 10th of August 2005 the town of Es Migjorn, where David grew up in Minorca, did a special act, which included placing a picture of David in the local council and giving his name to one of the streets in the town.

On the 19th of July 2005, David was given the silver medal of Nigrán, the town in Spain where he currently resides.

On the 31st of May, the music conservatory in Vigo (Spain) gave a homage to David.

El 31 de Mayo el Conservatorio Profesional de Música en Vigo le rindió un homenaje a David.

On the 31st of April, during the celebration of the grammy party with friends in Vigo , Françoise Emmanuelle Denis and Odair Assad presented David and María with the distinction of "membre d'honneur" of their record company GHA.
