FIRST AID KIT FOR GUITARISTS

There was a time when all that was needed was a guitar and off we went to play for whoever would listen. Now there are so many extra necessities, that we need to carry a first aid kit for guitarists. Here is a list of things I carry in my little first aid bag.

Set of strings.
String winder.
Nail files (several).
Nail clippers.
Small scissors.
Filing paper of several grades.
A capo.
A ping-pong ball and super glue (nail construction set)
A pen, a pencil and erasor.
Tuner or tuning fork.
Hair comb.

The footstool unfortunately doesn't fit in the little bag.

PRIMEROS AUXILIOS PARA GUITARRISTAS

Hubo un tiempo en el que sólo te hacía falta la guitarra e ibas en busca de gente que te escuchara tocar. Ahora parece que hacen falta tantas cosas más, que necesitamos una bolsita de primeros auxilios. Esta es una lista de lo que llevo en mi bolsita.

Un juego de cuerdas.
Un encordador.
Varias limas.
Cortauñas.
Pequeñas tijeras.
Papel de pulir de varios grosores.
Una cejilla.
Una pelota de ping-pong y super-glue (para reconstruir uñas).
Un lápiz, una goma y un bolígrafo.
Un afinador o diapasón.
Un peine.

Por desgracia, el apoyapié no cabe en la bolsita.
